All our meat products are shipped UPS 2nd Day or Overnight.
Orders are packed in thick corrugated ATMYTABLE cardboard shipping boxes with special insulation lining material and gel ice packs- (with dry ice). For large orders we use styro foam coolers. Our packaging materials allow for 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.
We ship Mondays through Wednesdays, UPS 2nd day Saver. Thursdays, we only offer to ship your order overnight to arrive on Friday. There are shipping restrictions around certain holidays- Please check with our support team; firstname.lastname@example.org for special instructions.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:
An automatically generated email including your tracking number is sent to you when we ship your order. Go to UPS.com to track the progress of your package. You can also call our customer service center toll-free at 1-800-397-6328 during business hours PDT 6am - 3pm, Monday through Friday and a representative will be happy to look up your tracking number, inform you of your package's progress.
If you do not receive an email containing your tracking number, it's possible that we don't have your correct email address in our system. Please call our office and speak to a customer service representative to assist you further. Also, please make sure to update your AtMyTable account information.
