These succulent birds are naturally raised and are the Coturnix variety of quail. These are the best quail we have ever tasted and our customers concur. Easy to prepare and very versatile in use in many recipes, they are best grilled. They are "tunnel boned" so you can stuff them (use a simple turkey style stuffing). Also great served pan seared and served on a bed of salad for an easy healthy meal.
