This burger is a blend of Angus cattle raised 100% on grass mixed with Wagyu cattle for that great Kobe flavor. All our cattle are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Ground and blended fresh in house by Preferred meats and then quick frozen and shipped to you. Taste the difference.
